The Salem State Theatre department鈥檚 fall 2020 production of The Long Christmas Ride Home by Paula Vogel has been recognized with thirteen national awards from the Kennedy 麻豆成人精品. The Kennedy 麻豆成人精品 American College Theatre Festival National Committee and the National Office at the Kennedy 麻豆成人精品 note that: 鈥淒uring these unprecedented times, we celebrate these imaginative and evocative theatre-makers and productions as being at the forefront of a revolution in artistry that ignites conversations of national importance through innovation in process, content, form, design, technology, outreach, and audience engagement.鈥
The Kennedy 麻豆成人精品 American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF) hosts eight regional competitions across the United States, annually. This year, the regions each invited 10 shows to be considered for additional recognition at the regional and national level. Salem State鈥檚 production of The Long Christmas Ride Home was among those invited shows for the 2020-2021 season. It also garnered the most awards among the schools its region, Region 1.
