麻豆成人精品 Rebeca Hains (media and communication) spent a week at the Jagiellonian University in Krak贸w, Poland, presenting at the April conference: Humanity/Humanities her research paper, 鈥淭he erasure of counter-stereotypical female characters from Disney鈥檚 transmedia toys: Exploring toy, media and audience tensions鈥 (forthcoming in Routledge鈥檚 Companion to Girls鈥 Studies) and guest lecturing in the Institute of English Studies. Her stay in Krak贸w was sponsored by the "Memory and Trauma" Initiative of Excellence grant at the Jagiellonian University, which brings together six scholars from Germany, France, Poland and the U.S. to form a research network which explores various contexts of social, racial, gender and historical exclusion in the U.S.
